Hyperton-X Advanced

Balancing in BKP105
HTX Advanced builds on the knowledge and skills gained in the Hyperton-X Basic course and looks at other specific areas of the body where proprioceptive disturbances causes problems. These other areas include the rib cage, skin, joints and pressure pads on the feet, buttocks and thighs. These disturbances interfere with the body’s organisation that can result in attention and concentration deficits, fine motor co-ordination, pain, discomfort and numerous other problems. The Advanced course also looks at releasing many extra muscles not covered in Hypertonic Basic plus how to correct groups of muscles rather than individually to increase the speed and fluency of particular movements which is essential for elite sports athletes.
